HELP!

So I have been trying to decide on a lightweight umbrella stroller for when Mason and I fly ALONE for the first time in October. I have narrowed it down to 2 choices, so I want some opinions!
Both of these are basically the same price, and the same weight, so those are not a factor for me. These are my FAV two so far, so please don't suggest any others - I am confused enough already :) haha!
This one is Chicco and it weighs 16lbs, but will carry a child up to 40 lbs. It "folds easily" and has a handle to carry it by hand when it is folded up (which I don't really like). The main difference is the size child it holds and the padding on the straps. It has a foot rest that can be raised up or down, and comes with a little "boot" that wold cover their feet when they are in it lying down. Comes with 1 cupholder.

This one is the Britax and it weighs the same as the Chicco but carries a child up to 55 lbs. It also has a footrest that raises up and down but no little cover. It folds easily, but has a shoulder strap to carry it, instead of having to use a hand, which I think would be easier. Also the canopy looks like it would shield more light, but there are no little pads for the straps. No cupholder, but I can easily purchase one that attaches.

Click on the pictures and it will show a video of "features".

Thoughts? Opinions?

We have a Chicco. I don't think it is exactly like this one but I love it. We travel alot including several trips to Disneyworld with kids and it is so lightweight and quick to fold up. Also, the shoulder strap actually does come in handy at times.
